MacTavish is a character in Wasteland 3.

A native of Colorado with an incredibly fake Glaswegian accent, MacTavish is a fraud in more ways than one. Not only did he learn the accent by training based on a Braveheart VHS tape he found in a burned-out car, he also runs a crooked machine shop, where he pushed drugs under the cover of oil changes. When the Marshals finally caught up with him, he was sentenced to the pillories, where the cold his ears and nose, but did little to improve his notoriously foul disposition. Donning a wrestler's mask in Scottish tartan, he vowed revenge against the Patrirach - and eventually wound up letting the Dorseys into the city, endangering his boss, Faran Brygo's, syndicate.
